About the role

The company is looking for a Director of Technology to lead its Data platform within the MarTech ecosystem. This senior leader will shape the long‑term vision of data engineering, ensuring the platform scales, remains high‑quality, governed and flexible to support marketing, consumer insights and brand building initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the global data engineering strategy for the MarTech platform, aligning with data, technology, product and marketing goals.
• Establish a long‑term vision that balances business needs, innovation, scalability, technical sustainability and investment.
• Build and manage the strategic roadmap, set priorities, and drive key initiatives for platform evolution.
• Lead a multi‑level organization of managers and technical leaders, fostering talent development, succession planning and high performance.
• Partner with senior leaders in Marketing, MarTech, Product, Technology and Data to influence decisions and connect technology to business priorities.
• Guide the evolution of global data architecture, setting principles, standards and engineering practices for scalability and reliability across markets.
• Make strategic decisions on data architecture, cloud platforms, data products, governance, quality, integration and technological evolution.
• Ensure the platform supports diverse markets, brands and business needs while maintaining a global, scalable view.
• Define and monitor data engineering performance indicators to guarantee operational excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale data engineering organizations and defining global data strategies.
• Strong ability to work at the intersection of data, technology, product and marketing.
• Excellent leadership skills with a track record of developing managers and technical talent.
• Strategic mindset with the capacity to influence senior stakeholders and align technology with business goals.
