Graphic Designer – Print Production (Douala)

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in Douala. The role focuses on producing high‑quality visual materials for print production while maintaining brand consistency and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce visual assets for print items such as flyers, brochures, banners, and business cards.
• Collaborate with sales and production teams to capture client requirements and translate them into effective designs.
• Ensure all artwork adheres to brand guidelines and client expectations.
• Prepare final print‑ready files and manage file hand‑over to production.
• Stay informed about current design trends and software updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, Communication, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency, print production, or digital marketing environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
• Cameroonian nationality, aged between 23 and 35 years.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
