职位概况
广东特福国际招聘商务/公共关系经理，负责海外新设工厂项目的外联与协调工作，工作地点为非洲法语国家（如贝宁、布基纳法索、科特迪瓦、喀麦隆等），需中法双语，接受常驻海外。
主要职责
- 负责海外新设工厂项目的前期选址、考察及调研报告撰写
- 处理与当地移民、工商、水电能源等部门及地方势力的关系，保障工厂安全运营
- 对接施工方，跟进进度、控制成本并协调资源
- 负责项目施工期间及工厂落成后的行政后勤管理
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，法语或英语作为工作语言
- 海外工程项目或工厂运营3年以上经验，精通当地土语者优先
- 熟悉当地法律法规、风俗习惯及政府办事方式
- 沟通能力强，能适应较大工作压力并常驻海外
