Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a remote French‑English bilingual Customer Support Representative to assist our global customers. You will handle inbound calls and live‑chat inquiries, turning issues into positive experiences while representing our brand with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly support in French and English via phone and chat.
• Troubleshoot order, product and technical issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent verbal and written French and English.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
