About the role

CodNesta Academy is seeking a full‑time, remote volunteer Graphics Designer to help shape visual communications that support its mission of providing accessible, industry‑relevant education to underserved communities. This role offers the chance to contribute to a meaningful cause while expanding your creative portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Create original graphics, illustrations, and visual assets for digital and print materials.
• Design logos, branding elements, and typography that reflect the Academy’s values.
• Develop templates and visual guidelines for courses, webinars, and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with the remote team to ensure design consistency across all channels.
• Provide creative input on ad‑hoc projects such as social media posts, newsletters, and event materials.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing versatility.
• Experience in logo creation and brand development.
• Excellent eye for detail, composition, and typography.
• Ability to work independently and communicate design concepts clearly in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with the education or non‑profit sector is a plus.
