Digital Health and eLMIS Officer

About the role

The Digital Health and eLMIS Officer will provide hands‑on technical and operational support to Management Sciences for Health (MSH) in Cameroon for the implementation, use, and continuous improvement of approved digital health and supply‑chain information systems. The role ensures reliable system operation, accurate logistics data, and effective use of information to enhance the availability and management of health commodities.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation, rollout, and continuous improvement of digital health and eLMIS solutions in line with project plans and Cameroon policies.
• Gather and document business processes, functional requirements, data needs, and workflows from users and stakeholders.
• Configure systems, conduct user‑acceptance testing, validate changes, and assist with deployments and upgrades.
• Track implementation progress, adoption rates, and raise risks or delays to supervisors.
• Develop and maintain implementation plans, SOPs, user guides, and job aids.
• Provide first‑line functional support, log incidents, resolve routine issues, and coordinate escalations.
• Monitor data exchange between eLMIS and other health or supply‑chain systems, and support user account administration and master data management.
• Perform routine checks of system availability, synchronization, connectivity, and document service interruptions.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience providing technical and operational support for digital health or logistics information systems.
• Experience collaborating with government counterparts, health facilities, implementing partners, and technology providers.
• Ability to document processes, requirements, and produce technical documentation.
