Enterprise Sales Executive – Electrical Apprenticeship Program

About the role

We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Executive to promote our three‑year electrical apprenticeship program for mining and heavy‑industry clients across Indonesia. Based in Jakarta, you will travel to remote sites to identify and develop new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery of target markets, identify key departments and personnel responsible for workforce development.
• Cold‑call prospective customers, follow up rigorously, and manage quoting and clarification processes.
• Engage existing main contractors and project clients via phone, email, or in‑person meetings to discuss needs and present solutions.
• Create and deliver compelling presentations that communicate the program’s value.
• Research market trends, generate leads, and execute plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with the training centre principal, close deals, and prepare sales agreements.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of all sales activities and provide regular progress updates.
• Partner with the training centre to enroll new students, forecast accurately, and achieve quarterly targets.
• Provide client feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum SMA/SMK graduate; bachelor’s or diploma (S1) in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Education or Communication preferred.
• 3+ years B2B new‑business sales experience in industrial training, HR tech, or maintenance/asset management, selling to mining or heavy‑industry clients in Indonesia.
• Track record of sales achievements or awards is desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
