Enterprise Sales Executive – Electrical Apprenticeship Program

About the role

We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Executive to promote our three‑year electrical apprenticeship program for mining and heavy‑industry clients across Indonesia. Based in Jakarta, you will travel to remote sites to identify and develop new business opportunities, helping customers build safe, competent, job‑ready electricians.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery and market quantification to target relevant departments and decision‑makers.
• Cold‑call prospects, follow up rigorously, and manage the quoting and clarification process.
• Conduct sales meetings, present tailored solutions, and build strong client relationships.
• Create compelling presentations that communicate program value and benefits.
• Identify new opportunities through market research and outreach campaigns.
• Negotiate pricing and terms in partnership with the training centre principal, close deals, and prepare sales agreements.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of activities, forecasts, and customer interactions.
• Provide regular sales reports and feedback to inform product and marketing strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum SMA/SMK graduation; bachelor’s or diploma (S1) in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Education or Communication preferred.
• 3+ years B2B new‑business sales experience in industrial training, HR‑tech, or maintenance/asset management, selling to mining or heavy‑industry clients in Indonesia.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets, preferably with awards or recognitions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software for tracking leads and forecasts.
