About the role
The Glass Sales Representative will drive sales growth in the glass market, acquire new clients, and manage key customer relationships. The role demands strong product knowledge, negotiation expertise, and a focus on delivering exceptional service.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect, identify, and acquire new clients such as construction firms, contractors, architects, and homeowners.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market share.
- Conduct persuasive presentations and product demonstrations.
- Serve as primary contact for an assigned client portfolio, providing technical advice on glass specifications.
- Handle customer complaints and after‑sales service issues promptly.
- Process orders from quotation to delivery and coordinate with production, logistics, and installation teams.
- Conduct market research, analyze sales data, and submit regular reports with recommendations.
Required profile
- Advanced level degree (minimum requirement).
- At least 2 years of proven B2B or B2C sales experience, preferably in glass, construction materials, or building products.
- Honest, reliable, and professional representation of the company.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Required skills
- Solid understanding of different glass types and specifications.
- Proficiency with CRM software.
- Advanced use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Strong negotiation and closing techniques.
