Administration & Finance Intern – UNICEF Yaoundé (6 months)

About the role

This six‑month internship provides operational support to UNICEF’s Administration and Finance unit in Yaoundé. The intern will gain practical exposure to inventory management, records handling and archive processes while learning UNICEF’s internal controls and document‑management standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support year‑end inventory, classification, indexing, filing and digitisation of documents for the Administration and Finance unit.
• Assist in preparing count sheets, location lists, verification documents and reconciliation trackers related to inventory and archive disposal.
• Perform data entry, compile supporting documents and maintain simple trackers for inventory and PSB‑related files.
• Support logistical arrangements for inventory activities and ensure proper records management and archiving processes.
