Sales and Marketing Officer – Travel Industry

About the role

SkyGoVoyages is looking for a motivated Sales and Marketing Officer to lead its sales operations in Cameroon. You will promote travel packages, manage reservations, and develop corporate clientele across the Central African market.

Key responsibilities

• Handle air reservations, ticketing, and re‑issuance using Amadeus and Galileo GDS systems.
• Design, price, and promote inbound and outbound tour packages for individuals and groups.
• Organise end‑to‑end group travel logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and visa assistance.
• Manage walk‑in and corporate client inquiries, secure MICE business, and achieve sales targets.
• Conduct direct marketing activities, gather market intelligence, and identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with back‑office for visa processing, travel insurance, and post‑travel feedback.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably with exposure to the Indian market.
• Proven track record in reservations, group tours, and corporate client development.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
