Certified Surgical Technician (Full-Time)

About the role

We are seeking a Certified Surgical Technician to join our operating‑room team on a full‑time basis. You will work directly with physicians, registered nurses and other surgical staff to ensure each procedure runs smoothly and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain all medical equipment, instruments, sterile drapes and solutions for surgeries.
• Assist with patient pre‑operation preparation, transport, positioning and draping.
• Observe vital signs, assist with gowning/gloving and pass sterile instruments to the surgeon.
• Handle retractors, cut sutures, count sponges, needles and supplies, and manage specimens for lab analysis.
• Operate sterilizers, lights, suction machines and other diagnostic equipment.
• Support the Materials Manager with supply ordering, charge entry and inventory control.
• Post‑operation duties include patient transfer to recovery, cleaning and restocking the OR.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited surgical technologist program.
• Current CPR certification.
• 0‑2 years of clinical experience in a related field.
• Ability to work under supervision of physicians and/or registered nurses.
