Commission‑Based Sales Representative – Capital Equipment

About the role

The company seeks an independent 1099 Sales Representative to promote and sell capital equipment for soil remediation and water desalination across Cameroon. This is a 100% commission role, offering flexibility to work from any location while traveling to meet clients and identify new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue business opportunities for soil remediation and water desalination equipment.
• Meet with current and prospective clients to understand their needs and present product features and benefits.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements.
• Maintain and grow client relationships to ensure long‑term business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues.
• Travel regularly throughout the assigned territory.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Comprehensive knowledge of the soil remediation and water desalination industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven capability to identify opportunities and close sales independently.
• Self‑motivated and able to manage a dynamic, unsupervised work schedule.
• Willingness to travel frequently and handle physical demands of the role.
