About the role
The Retail Strategy & Optimization Manager will support Morrison Healthcare’s Marketing team to drive performance across its retail food‑service portfolio. This role blends retail strategy, data‑driven analysis and cross‑functional collaboration to improve sales, margins and the consumer experience in hospital kitchens, cafés and restaurants.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute retail strategy and program plans aligned with corporate objectives.
- Analyze sales, margin and promotion data to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize pricing, merchandising and menu offerings based on market insights.
- Provide performance insights and actionable recommendations to field leadership.
- Support rollout of retail initiatives and best‑practice standards across locations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in retail strategy, marketing analytics, category management or multi‑unit foodservice.
- Strong analytical, communication and presentation abilities.
- Must reside in the Eastern United States and be willing to travel frequently.
- Healthcare or foodservice experience preferred.
