Volunteer Digital Marketing Expert

About the role

CodNesta Academy is seeking a full‑time remote volunteer to lead its digital marketing efforts. The role focuses on building the Academy’s online presence and engaging learners and partners through strategic digital campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the Academy’s mission.
• Plan, launch, and manage social‑media campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Monitor, analyse and report on marketing performance metrics to optimise results.
• Develop content and communication plans that reinforce brand messaging.
• Drive community engagement and foster interaction on digital channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing activities support organisational goals.

Required profile

• Strong communication and marketing abilities with a track record of creating impactful campaigns.
• Experience in social‑media marketing and coordinating digital campaigns.
• Understanding of sales and marketing strategy for growth and community outreach.
• Ability to interpret performance data and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Passion for education, social impact and inclusive access.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field is a plus but not mandatory.
