Associate Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking experienced marketing and branding professionals to join The One Percent Club’s international project network. The Associate Marketing Manager will work remotely, supporting multiple e‑commerce and distribution initiatives across consumer goods, lifestyle services, education, and digital commerce.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategies for diverse projects.
• Plan, launch, and monitor marketing campaigns.
• Manage digital marketing and content strategy.
• Support market positioning and distribution activities.
• Lead teams, engage stakeholders, and foster talent development.
• Track performance metrics and drive growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in marketing, branding or project coordination.
• Excellent English communication, presentation and storytelling abilities.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving and adaptability.
• Ability to work remotely with a stable internet connection.
• Financial literacy and commercial acumen.
• Experience in digital marketing, brand management, business operations or distribution is a plus.
