French-speaking Customer Care Representative – Remote

About the role

TalentWorldGroup is seeking French‑speaking Customer Care Representatives to provide inbound support for a mobile phone rental service in France. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from home while delivering professional assistance to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries about mobile phone rentals.
• Provide clear, friendly, and professional communication in French and English.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and ensure a positive experience.
• Accurately document each interaction following internal guidelines.
• Adhere to established service standards and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C2) and strong English (C1) proficiency.
• Previous experience in customer support, especially handling inbound calls.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Stable wired internet connection (LAN required).
• Desktop or laptop running Windows 11 or macOS 14 (minimum 1.8 GHz processor, 8 GB RAM, 10 GB free disk space).
• Wired USB headset for clear call quality.

What we offer

• Fully remote, flexible work schedule (Monday‑Friday, 3–4 hours per day within 09:00‑18:00 CEST).
