GTM Engineer – Clay & Smartlead (Remote)

About the role

Komtora is looking for a GTM Engineer with strong hands‑on experience in Clay and Smartlead. This is a practical execution role focused on B2B lead sourcing, data enrichment, prospect research, outbound email campaigns, and AI‑powered GTM workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage B2B prospecting workflows using Clay.
• Research companies, industries, technologies and decision‑makers.
• Source, enrich, verify and qualify prospect data.
• Create and customize Clay templates, tables and workflows.
• Connect data sources and enrichment providers, and generate personalized variables for outbound campaigns.
• Prepare, launch and monitor email campaigns through Smartlead.
• Test new Clay features, integrations and data providers.
• Leverage AI tools to improve research, enrichment, personalization and productivity.

Required profile

• Practical experience using Clay in real projects.
• Strong understanding of B2B prospecting and large‑scale data handling.
• Attention to detail and ability to build/optimise workflows independently.
• Curiosity about new GTM and AI tools; fast learner and proactive.
• Comfortable working remotely and fluent in English and French.

Required skills

• Clay.com – tables, workflows, templates.
• Data enrichment and lead sourcing tools.
• Smartlead – cold email campaigns and personalization.
• Experience with Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, BuiltWith.
• AI tools: Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, n8n, Make.
