Stakeholder Engagement, Events & Challenges Expert

About the role

NTU International is preparing a proposal for the “Support to the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme – AESPP Boost”. The project aims to deepen cooperation between Africa and the EU in the space sector. We are looking for a Non‑Key Expert to drive stakeholder mobilisation, organise institutional events, run innovation competitions and facilitate B2B/B2G matchmaking across the Africa‑EU space ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Mobilise and engage stakeholders across the Africa‑EU space ecosystem.
• Plan, coordinate and execute institutional events and outreach activities.
• Design and manage innovation competitions and challenge programmes.
• Facilitate B2B and B2G matchmaking sessions.
• Maintain stakeholder mapping and engagement records.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three‑year programme) in communication, international relations, event management, social sciences or a related field.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.
• At least three years of professional experience in stakeholder engagement, event organisation, institutional communication or ecosystem mobilisation.
• Minimum one year of experience supporting institutional events, stakeholder outreach, innovation competitions, challenges or B2B/B2G matchmaking, including stakeholder mapping.
