HVAC Technician / Air Conditioning Mechanic

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician / Air Conditioning Mechanic to join a modern indoor facility operation in Canada. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing advanced climate control systems in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and dehumidification equipment.
• Monitor environmental controls to ensure proper temperature and humidity.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical HVAC issues efficiently.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections.
• Support system upgrades, modifications, and new installations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with operations teams to optimize facility performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or Air Conditioning Mechanic.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, ventilation, and climate‑control systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physically capable of handling equipment in an industrial/facility setting.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
