Key Account Manager – Oral Health Care

About the role

The position is a contract role based in Douala, Cameroon, focused on driving growth for an Oral Health Care business. The Key Account Manager will manage distributor relationships, develop strategic customer partnerships, and ensure execution excellence across the territory.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales, profit, and market‑share targets for the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key distributors and strategic customers.
• Lead joint business planning and negotiate with customers.
• Execute promotional activities and support product launches.
• Expand distribution and ensure in‑store execution quality.
• Manage demand forecasting, inventory planning, and distributor performance.
• Optimize pricing, trade investments, and promotional effectiveness.
• Monitor market dynamics, competitive activity, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and other internal teams to meet business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• 5‑8 years of sales experience in FMCG, consumer healthcare, or a related industry.
• Proven key account and distributor management experience, preferably in West African markets.
• Track record of delivering commercial growth and business results.
