Lounge & Restaurant Server

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional server to join our lounge and restaurant team. The role involves delivering high‑quality service to guests, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment, and supporting smooth operations throughout each shift.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the dining area before service: clean floors and bathrooms, set tables, polish glassware, stock napkins, cutlery and condiments, and organise workstations.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate orders and maintain a steady flow of service.
• Welcome guests, present menus, take and serve food and drink orders accurately and promptly.
• Handle bills and payments efficiently, and address any special requests or complaints.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene during the shift, clear and reset tables quickly, and follow cleaning schedules for all equipment.
• Work as part of a team, assisting colleagues during busy periods and contributing to a positive work atmosphere.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in a similar server role (preferred).
• Hospitality management education or related training is a plus.
• Fluent French; English is an advantage.
• Flexible availability, including evening shifts from 4 pm to 12:30 am and occasional late hours.
• Professional appearance, punctuality, reliability and a courteous demeanor.
