About the role

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our clothing, footwear and accessories shop. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring sales targets are met and providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and control the efficient functioning of the store.
• Analyse key performance indicators and sales data.
• Interact with customers on the shop floor.
• Plan staff schedules, onboard, motivate, train and develop employees.
• Maintain documentation, reporting and liaison with regulatory bodies.
• Manage inventory, storage and compliance with company procedures.
• Oversee visual merchandising and its reporting.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a managerial position.
• Fluent in Russian; Uzbek language is a plus.
• Full‑time availability, able to work overtime and flexible shifts.
• No concurrent employment or studies.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

What we offer

• Potential earnings up to 10,000,000 (local currency).
• Five‑day work week with two shift options (09:30‑18:30 or 12:00‑21:00).
• Employment under Uzbekistan labour law with a three‑month probation period.
