Sales Coordinator – Drive Sales Operations

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to coordinate sales operations, support business development activities, monitor sales performance, and ensure the sales team achieves business targets. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and close collaboration with sales, marketing and internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales activities such as lead generation, customer inquiries, quotations and follow‑up.
• Work with Marketing to maintain a qualified sales database and generate new business opportunities.
• Support the sales team throughout the full sales cycle, from prospecting to project handover.
• Monitor sales KPIs, pipelines and individual performance to ensure targets are met.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts and performance analyses for management.
• Analyze sales trends, customer needs and market opportunities to drive growth.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Estimation, Procurement and Project teams to fulfil customer requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities to expand business.
• Calculate and manage sales incentives according to company policies.
• Ensure accurate sales records, customer databases and CRM information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of sales experience, including at least 1 year supervising a sales team.
• Experience in Construction, EPC, Engineering or industrial sectors is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to monitor KPIs, prepare reports and analyse performance.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities and meet targets.
