Recruiter Specialist

About the role

PT ODG Indonesia is seeking a Recruiter Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and support new‑hire onboarding. The successful candidate will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, attract qualified candidates, and ensure a smooth transition for new employees.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end‑to‑end recruitment and selection activities, from job posting to offer.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and manpower plans.
• Create and publish vacancies on LinkedIn, Glints, Jobstreet, Karir.com and other platforms, optimizing visibility.
• Source resumes, screen CVs, and conduct initial screening interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates, and arrange tests or medical checks as needed.
• Prepare candidate review reports and recommend 3‑10 suitable candidates per vacancy.
• Facilitate new‑hire induction, ensuring office equipment, stationery, and workstations are ready.
• Handle BPJS Kesehatan registration and assist with related invoice processing.
• Draft and update employment contracts, management evaluations, and other HR documents.
• Enter new employee data into the HRIS and maintain accurate records.
• Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by the HR Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Law or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as an HR Officer or Recruitment Officer, preferably in contracting, MEP, manufacturing, or oil & gas.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using HRIS for employee data management.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Glints, Jobstreet and Karir.com.
