Technical Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join Dicalo Consulting Group’s team in Douala. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will manage the end‑to‑end hiring process for technical talent that supports both our internal needs and those of our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job postings.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines using online sourcing tools and professional networking platforms.
• Coordinate interview schedules, assess technical skills and cultural fit, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and generate recruitment metrics.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and continuously improve recruitment processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑life‑cycle recruiting, preferably for technical roles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Prior recruiting experience in consulting, IT services, or professional services is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
