Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative to assist our French‑speaking customers via phone and live chat. You will be the friendly voice that turns frustration into satisfaction while working from your own home office.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Accurately document every interaction in our support system.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms.
• Knowledge of Shopify, Gorgias, or comparable e‑commerce support tools.
• Understanding of CRM systems.
