About the role
The Sales Manager will lead the development and management of partner and system‑integrator relationships while ensuring high customer satisfaction. This role combines strategic account oversight with hands‑on performance monitoring.
Key responsibilities
- Directly develop and manage partners and system integrators.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare, analyze and report on performance metrics and data to improve project/account outcomes.
- Review contracts and billing for accuracy, submit invoices promptly and resolve any billing issues.
- Oversee inventory, sales‑out tracking and overall sales management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience with strong client networks in public safety or government.
- Experience in the two‑way radio industry or familiarity with critical communication, command‑center and CCTV solutions.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and the local language.
- Team‑player attitude, self‑motivated work style, pleasant personality and good moral character.
