Sales Representative – FMCG (Alcohol & Non‑Alcoholic Beverages)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Representative to grow our client base, drive sales of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, and manage stock and warehouse operations in Yaounde. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and French and have a solid background in FMCG sales.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new clients across the Yaounde market while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
• Follow up on client orders, ensure timely deliveries, and rigorously chase payments to meet collection targets.
• Execute marketing and activation activities to increase product visibility and conduct regular market visits.
• Oversee stock levels, manage warehouse operations, and prepare forecasts based on sales trends.
• Produce daily and weekly reports on sales, stock, payments, and market competition.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven FMCG sales experience in Yaounde.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
