Sales Representative – Indonesia

About the role

Durst, an Australian brand specializing in jump‑start and battery‑charging equipment, is looking for a high‑energy Sales Representative to drive business across Indonesia. This hands‑on position focuses on generating new opportunities, building relationships, and closing sales within the mining, transport, and heavy‑equipment sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new customers daily through calls, visits, and networking.
• Identify and engage companies that own or manage heavy equipment such as trucks, excavators, and mining machinery.
• Conduct product demonstrations that highlight Durst’s performance and reliability.
• Maintain and grow relationships with fleet owners, workshop managers, and maintenance teams.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.

Required profile

• Indonesian national with excellent English communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable with cold‑calling and face‑to‑face selling.
• Experience selling tools, spare parts, or support products for heavy equipment is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of mining, transport, or construction industries preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly to customer sites.
