Senior .NET Developer – Technical Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer to lead the technical design and architecture of large‑scale enterprise applications. The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on coding, ensuring that solutions meet performance, security and quality standards while aligning with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive technical architecture for enterprise projects using .NET Core and .NET Framework.
• Mentor and guide development teams through code reviews, best‑practice enforcement and performance optimisation.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Maintain high standards of code quality, security and scalability.
• Participate in hands‑on development when needed, contributing to critical features.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in .NET Core/.NET Framework development.
• At least 3 years in a technical lead or senior developer capacity.
• Proven track record delivering complex enterprise applications.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve architectural challenges.
