Vice President/Director – Value Delivery for Private Markets

About the role

The Value Delivery Private Markets leader will define, build, and scale BlackRock’s Private Markets value delivery proposition across the Aladdin and eFront platforms. This senior consulting role partners with the most complex Whole Portfolio and Private Markets clients to deliver an optimized end‑to‑end experience, drive measurable value, and mitigate churn.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the ACE Value Delivery proposition for Private Markets & Whole Portfolio.
• Set standards for client engagement models, value articulation, success metrics, and executive reporting.
• Ensure Value Delivery is scalable, consistent, and tightly aligned to commercial outcomes.
• Build, lead, and scale an EMEA Private Markets and Whole Portfolio Value Delivery team.
• Define role profiles, capability expectations, and career paths.
• Coach senior team members to operate as consultants and strategic partners.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders (CIO, COO, CTO, Heads of Alternatives/Operations).
• Lead executive‑level conversations focused on operating model optimization and strategic use of Aladdin and eFront.
• Translate client objectives into clear value hypotheses and delivery roadmaps.

Required profile

• Senior consulting and advisory leader with experience in private markets.
• Proven ability to engage large, complex Whole Portfolio and Private Markets clients.
• Experience shaping client engagement models and driving commercial outcomes.
• Track record of building and scaling high‑performing teams.
• Strong executive communication skills with senior stakeholders.
