Account Management & CRM Professional Internship

About the role

Maviance PLC is seeking two motivated interns to support its Commercial team in Cameroon. You will assist with lead management, compliance documentation, CRM administration, and contract tracking, helping to accelerate customer onboarding and activation.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify and assign incoming leads in Zoho CRM, ensuring completeness of information.
• Collect and verify KYC documents, prepare files for compliance review.
• Create and maintain prospect and customer records, update opportunities and statuses.
• Monitor NDAs, contracts and amendments, follow up for signatures and update contractual status.
• Produce weekly operational reports on leads and cases, escalating issues to the Account Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, commerce, sales, finance or a related field.
• Approximately 2 years of experience in sales, account management or field work.
• Familiarity with sales pipelines, lead management and administrative processes.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
