About the role

You will work under the Deliverability Manager and the Operations Director, acting as a pivotal link between classic executive secretarial duties and operational client relationship management. The position combines administrative support, quality control of client data, and active presence on social media platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage deliverability processes: perform quality checks on client information, compile compliant dossiers, and provide logistical support to the manager.
• Front‑office client relations: answer phone calls, handle emails, deliver first‑level responses and route inquiries to specialists.
• Editorial coordination: schedule and publish marketing content on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and verify each publication.
• Executive secretariat: maintain agendas, draft professional correspondence, and prepare meeting minutes.
• Commission handling: organise professional trips for document or parcel delivery, ensure compliance, and produce related reports.

Required profile

• Minimum Bac+2 education with proven experience in client support, assistance or content management.
• Strong written communication skills in French with excellent spelling; bilingual French/English is a plus.
• High administrative rigor, ability to prioritize, and autonomy in handling unexpected situations.
• Reliability, discretion and punctuality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with collaborative tools such as Trello, Microsoft Word, Google Docs and Google Sheets.
