Bilingual Sales Manager – Tech & Fintech (Hybrid)

About the role

GaliTech is expanding its commercial presence in Douala and seeks a bilingual Sales Manager to drive growth within the technology, fintech and digital services sectors. The role combines field prospecting with hybrid office work and is fully commission‑based.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand GaliTech’s client portfolio in the tech and fintech markets.
• Identify, qualify and nurture new business opportunities.
• Promote the company’s recruitment, HR consulting and HR digitalisation services to prospective clients.
• Conduct field prospecting and maintain regular client engagement.
• Utilise provided professional tools and manage approved travel and internet expenses.

Required profile

• Professional fluency in English and French.
• Established professional network and existing client portfolio within technology, fintech or digital services.
• Demonstrated sales experience in B2B environments.
