Brand Ambassador Internship

About the role

DimplesPay is seeking a motivated Brand Ambassador intern to join its on‑site team in Cameroon. The role offers hands‑on experience promoting cashless payment solutions, engaging directly with communities, and supporting user onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Represent DimplesPay at local events, partner locations and community gatherings.
• Explain the benefits of digital, cashless payments to potential users.
• Conduct basic product demonstrations and assist with user registration.
• Gather feedback and answer customer questions to improve the service.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on outreach campaigns and brand‑awareness activities.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
• Interest in digital payments, fintech or related fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; French or local languages are a plus.
• Reliable, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, field‑based environment.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Cameroon and engage directly with communities.
