Business Development Executive/Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive/Manager to drive sales of our renovation interior and property rental packages. You will be responsible for generating new leads, presenting our solutions to prospects, and closing deals while building lasting customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calls, events and other prospecting activities.
• Present the company’s renovation and property rental services to potential customers.
• Follow up on inquiries, negotiate terms and close sales.
• Maintain strong relationships and rapport with existing clients.
• Travel to sites for property viewings and inspections as required.

Required profile

• Enjoy speaking to strangers and confident on the phone.
• Fluent in spoken English.
• Result‑oriented with a strong focus on closing deals.
• Presentable with excellent communication skills.
• High energy, passionate and a hustling mentality.
