About the role

The Sales Manager drives commercial growth for Logivo, generating revenue, acquiring strategic clients and expanding the company’s footprint across Africa and international markets. This high‑performance role translates complex logistics and industrial supply‑chain capabilities into clear commercial value.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients across manufacturing, FMCG, construction, energy, mining, retail and industrial sectors.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of high‑value logistics and industrial project opportunities.
• Convert leads into long‑term contractual relationships covering freight, project logistics, procurement or industrial setup.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets in assigned markets.
• Develop strategies to penetrate new markets in Africa and international trade corridors.
• Manage strategic accounts, ensure long‑term client retention and expansion.
• Serve as primary commercial contact for key clients.
• Collaborate with Operations, Procurement and Platform teams to align commercial promises with operational execution.
• Report directly to the Managing Director.
