Business Development & Sales Agent

About the role

Fozzaro is seeking a dynamic, professional and results‑oriented Marketing & Sales Officer to boost the company’s visibility, generate qualified leads and turn prospects into clients. The position blends digital marketing, B2B prospecting, customer relationship management and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and sales activities.
• Generate and qualify leads through digital channels, networking, referrals and direct prospecting.
• Promote Fozzaro’s BUY FROM CHINA, GO TO CHINA FOR BUSINESS and SHIP FROM CHINA services.
• Manage social media, WhatsApp and other marketing channels.
• Build relationships with businesses, entrepreneurs and decision‑makers.
• Follow up prospects and convert opportunities into clients.
• Maintain the CRM and track sales performance.
• Coordinate with procurement and operations teams on client requirements.
• Contribute to achieving lead, RFQ, proposal and sales targets.

Required profile

• BAC+2/3 or higher in Marketing, Commerce, Business, Sales, Communication or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, sales or business development.
• Strong B2B prospecting and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
• Fluent in French and English.
