Business Performance Manager (Planning & Forecasting)

About the role

The Business Performance Manager will lead planning, forecasting and performance management for the Enterprise Business Unit. You will provide data‑driven insights that support revenue growth, customer retention and operational excellence across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance tracking for the EBU.
• Develop and maintain revenue forecasts, pipeline analytics and performance dashboards.
• Drive Customer Value Management initiatives to improve acquisition, retention, upsell and overall revenue.
• Produce executive reports, scorecards, business reviews and performance presentations for senior leadership.
• Conduct market research, competitive intelligence, customer segmentation and industry trend analysis.
• Identify growth opportunities and deliver strategic recommendations.
• Support commercial teams with insights on revenue, customer behaviour and sales effectiveness.
• Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy and timely delivery of business intelligence outputs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business planning, commercial analytics, performance management or telecommunications.
• Strong analytical, financial modelling, reporting and presentation abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
