Campaign Assistant (m/f) – Remote

AI TV INFO is an AI-based international business news channel covering artificial intelligence and futuristic technologies, with journalists and economists reporting on market trends and innovations. It is looking for a Campaign Assistant (m/f) for a remote, contract position supporting promotional and outreach campaigns for its channel. The role is based on collaboration with editorial and marketing teams and covers several time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate campaign activities and draft campaign messages and outreach emails
• Assist with research on potential partners, sponsors and featured companies
• Help organize campaign timelines and maintain contact databases
• Track performance metrics and feedback
• Prepare brief reports on campaign progress
• Maintain consistent, professional communication with external stakeholders

Required profile

• Experience supporting campaigns or outreach initiatives, with an understanding of basic campaign planning and execution
• Comfortable working remotely in an international environment, with a reliable internet connection and good time management
• Interest in artificial intelligence, futuristic technology or business news; previous media or marketing experience is an advantage
• Relevant education or training in communications, marketing, media or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory

• Clear written and professional verbal communication with diverse stakeholders
• Solid organization skills: managing schedules, tracking tasks, maintaining records and handling multiple projects
• Competent writing for emails, short briefs and campaign content for business and tech audiences
