Certified Bilingual UX Designer (On-site, Yaoundé)

About the role

Visionary Technologies™ Company is seeking a Certified Bilingual UX Designer to join its Yaoundé office. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on creating user‑centered digital experiences for multilingual audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute user‑centered design activities, including research, interviews, and usability testing.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high‑fidelity visual designs aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Apply design‑thinking methodologies to solve complex user problems and iterate solutions based on feedback and data.
• Develop and adapt content and interfaces in at least two languages (e.g., French and English) for diverse user groups.

Required profile

• Strong user‑centered mindset with proven design‑thinking and UX expertise.
• Ability to conduct effective user research, surveys, and usability testing.
• Bilingual proficiency (French and English) with experience designing for multilingual audiences.
• Experience working in cross‑functional software or product development teams.
• Relevant degree in design, HCI, psychology, or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices is beneficial.
