Clinical Nutrition Manager – Inpatient Services

About the role

Morrison Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Nutrition Manager to lead its inpatient nutrition services across multiple hospital locations in Cincinnati. The role oversees a team of more than 20 dietitians, ensuring high‑quality, evidence‑based patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily clinical nutrition operations at University of Cincinnati Medical Center, West Chester Hospital, and Ridgeway.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and support quality improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and precept dietitians and dietetic interns.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary leadership to drive operational excellence.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance metrics for the nutrition team.

Required profile

• Current registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
• Proven experience leading a large team of dietitians in an inpatient setting.
• Strong understanding of clinical nutrition standards and hospital regulations.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
