Cluster Manager – CEMAC Countries

About the role

The Cluster Manager for the CEMAC region is a senior commercial leader who acts as the CEO of a six‑country cluster. You will own the full P&L, set strategic direction for sales and marketing, and drive sustainable volume, revenue and market‑share growth in a complex francophone environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the CEMAC commercial strategy aligned with regional objectives.
• Own the cluster P&L, delivering top‑line growth and margin improvement across all six countries.
• Identify new market opportunities, conduct white‑space analysis and expand distribution channels.
• Lead annual business planning, including volume, revenue, distribution and A&P budgets.
• Provide strategic oversight to Cluster Sales Managers and ensure achievement of sales targets.
• Build and manage a robust distributor network with optimal coverage and service levels.
• Monitor sell‑in and sell‑out performance and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee localized brand activation and marketing plans, adapting regional campaigns to local insights.
• Serve as primary commercial interface with the Regional CEO and engage C‑suite customers, distributors and government bodies.
• Lead, inspire and develop a high‑performance commercial team, setting performance objectives and succession plans.

Required profile

• Proven senior commercial leadership experience with full P&L responsibility.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute multi‑country commercial strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with distributors, trade partners and government agencies.
• Experience building and leading high‑performing sales and marketing teams.
• Fluency in French and ability to operate in a francophone multi‑country environment.
