Commercial Sales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic B2B Sales & Marketing Agent to expand Bellaire Travels’ corporate client portfolio in Douala. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will prospect, negotiate and close corporate travel agreements with SMEs, large enterprises, multinationals and institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Actively prospect high‑potential companies in Douala and identify decision‑makers such as CEOs, HR directors, procurement heads, and executive assistants.
• Present and sell business travel solutions, negotiate corporate contracts and close deals.
• Follow up on leads, prepare quotations and manage commercial opportunities.
• Develop and retain a portfolio of corporate clients.
• Participate in professional events and networking activities.
• Provide regular reporting on activities and results.

Required profile

• Field‑oriented sales professional with 2–4 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in services, hospitality, banking/insurance or travel.
• Bachelor’s level education (Bac+1 to Bac+2) in Commercial Action, Marketing, Negotiation, Tourism/Hotel Management or a related field.
• Strong results orientation, autonomy, rigor and organizational skills.
