About the role

FSLIG is looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to join its team in the Douala urban community. You will be responsible for promoting the company’s digital solutions to both new prospects and existing clients, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, visit, and engage potential and current clients in the Douala area.
• Present FSLIG’s web, mobile, data analysis, and digital marketing solutions.
• Identify and develop business opportunities on the field.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts, negotiate commercial proposals, and follow up on contracts and purchasing processes.
• Gather market feedback and coordinate with internal teams to ensure high‑quality service delivery.
• Prepare activity reports and participate in sales meetings to refine commercial strategies.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills for clear presentation and effective negotiation.
• Customer service and account‑management abilities to build long‑term relationships.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in B2B or digital services.
• Understanding of client purchasing processes and contract follow‑up.
• Ability to work independently, organise schedules, and report activities systematically.
• Basic knowledge of digital solutions (web, mobile, data, digital marketing) and willingness to learn FSLIG’s offerings.
• Proficiency with office and CRM tools.
• Valid authorization to work in the Douala urban community.
