Consultant – Final Project Evaluation, Far North Region, Cameroon

About the role

Christian Blind Mission (CBM) seeks an experienced consultant to lead the final evaluation of a BMZ‑funded project aimed at strengthening the resilience of refugees, IDPs and host communities in Cameroon’s Far North Region. The assignment will cover the full evaluation cycle, from data collection to final reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the final evaluation methodology in line with donor requirements.
• Collect, analyse and triangulate quantitative and qualitative data from project sites.
• Prepare a comprehensive evaluation report, including findings, lessons learned and recommendations.
• Present results to CBM, BMZ and local partners and ensure proper documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in monitoring and evaluation of humanitarian or development projects.
• Familiarity with the socio‑economic context of the Far North Region of Cameroon or similar settings.
• Strong analytical and report‑writing abilities.
