Coordinator - Products Core B2B

About the role

The Coordinator – Products Core B2B will drive the development and market launch of core telecom products and value‑added services for business customers. You will manage product lifecycles, ensure alignment with market trends, and support innovation across the MTN portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product conception through to market rollout, ensuring robust lifecycle management.
• Upgrade and revamp existing products to meet evolving B2B customer needs.
• Manage the MTN Group product portfolio and identify new value‑added services.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to communicate actions and maintain organized activity tracking.
• Analyse market trends, legislation and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science or related field.
• Master’s degree in Marketing (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years experience in telecom product development or portfolio management.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong analytical, planning and conflict‑management abilities.
