Digital Marketer – Contract, Part‑time

About the role

KwadRise is seeking a proactive digital marketer who lives for creator‑style content. You will shape the company’s online presence by producing short‑form videos, managing social calendars, and collaborating with founders to showcase launches, client stories, and culture.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and publish weekly social calendars for LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook video.
• Script, shoot, and edit short‑form videos that translate services, case studies, and team expertise into engaging narratives.
• Repurpose long‑form assets (blogs, webinars, podcasts) into snackable clips and carousel posts.
• Monitor analytics to identify high‑performing hooks, visuals, and CTAs that drive reach, saves, and inbound leads.
• Coordinate with designers and engineers to capture product demos or walkthroughs for spotlight content.
• Engage with comments and direct messages, initiating conversations that lead to discovery calls.

Required profile

• 2+ years creating organic social content for B2B tech, startups, or agencies.
• Proven ability to produce short‑form video (filming, editing, captioning) optimized for mobile feeds.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn algorithms and how to adapt narratives for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Comfort working asynchronously with founders and subject‑matter experts.
• Ability to track metrics (reach, engagement, click‑through) and translate them into clear insights.
