F&B Associate – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Food & Beverage Associate to join the hospitality team at DLF Golf & Country Club. The role involves delivering high‑quality service to guests in a luxury club environment, supporting daily F&B operations and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests in accordance with club standards.
• Assist with setting up and clearing dining areas, ensuring cleanliness and presentation.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and service procedures.
• Support inventory checks and basic stock replenishment.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations during peak periods.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in food and beverage operations.
• Previous exposure to a 5‑star hotel or luxury hospitality setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Positive, guest‑centric attitude with a commitment to service excellence.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
